Preparation for Colonoscopy

Today is a day prior to hubby's colonoscopy. I chatted with hubby on skype today and at first he was very anxious about the procedure but thank God later he started to feel better and only slight tummy pain. He was not able to attend the church but he said he prayed and read the Bible.
Honestly, I am also scared a little but God being there for my hubby washed my fear away. Yesterday, I went to church to attend mass and stayed there for one and half hour. I did really pray for my hubby and the outcome of the colonoscopy that nothing serious. Thank you so much Lord for your wonderful message yesterday, I know sometimes I force things to happen but You know Lord my weaknesses. I am sorry for those times Lord. Help us to trust You more Lord and be thankful for everything.
Hubby was listening to the message of the pastor tonight on television. Wow, I was amazed for that wonderful message of Yours Lord. He even pointed himself when the pastor said that who we are that keep asking God for signs and there were many already things that God did and still we don't believe. Lord, my hubby admitted that he was wrong and thank you so much Lord for showing him the truth. There are many times in the past Lord that he wanted to give up already but thank God You didnot let it happen. Thank you Lord for not giving on us. I couldn't express how grateful I am Lord for all the things you've done for us especially on my hubby. Eight hours from now Lord he will going to have his colonoscopy, be with him Lord and help him feel relax and not anxious. Though we could not avoid thinking of the result Lord but we put our trust in You Lord that nothing is serious and everything is normal in Jesus name. Thank you Lord. Thank you for being there for us. I praise You Lord God for all your goodness.

Holy Spirit, Enlighten Me and My hubby

"For the holy Spirit will teach you at that moment what you should say." – Luke 12:12

My husband and I love watching a game show on TV called Lingo. To get the jackpot prize, the contestants will have to guess 10 sets of five-letter words within two minutes. The more words they guess right, the more chances they get to win the prize. The contestants are given bonus letters that will help them figure out the right words. But due to much pressure, sometimes contestants forget about these bonus letters and get stuck in trying to guess one word, thus, limiting their chances of winning the big prize.
Sometimes it gets so frustrating when we try to witness to people around us and they just won't listen or simply not show interest. But I think the real problem in this situation is that we rely too much on our own abilities and fail to realize that we have a helper to aid us in sharing our faith and in convincing people of their need to follow Christ.
The Holy Spirit gives us wisdom beyond our natural abilities and the boldness to witness in the right manner in any given situation. Let us not forget about this gift so we may not miss the chance to win the prize of bringing others to Christ. Jane Gonzales-Rauch (mgr516@gmail.com)

Praying he will open the link later after work. Lord, be with us as you always do Lord. Thank you so much Lord for everything. Thank you for your unconditional love and for saving us out of the dark. Lord, please help us not to be tempted by devil. Lord, pls overpower us with your love. Thank you Father.

Come to Our Aid Lord God - Please Lead Us

Another day of struggle Lord. I chatted to my hubby on skype this morning and he was upset again because of back and neck pain. Sorry Lord for what he said and reacted and thank you for backing me up again. Thank you for being there for us Lord. Please come to our aid Lord especially my hubby that he needs you the most. Help help calm Lord and overpower him Lord. Lord, I understand what he is going through and I really want to help him Lord and I know you are always there for us. Sometimes, I don't know how to handle things no more and thank You Lord for being there for me. I can't make it without You. Our situation Lord is very difficult but I believe Lord that you are always there helping us. Don't leave us Oh Lord. Please Lead us the right way and right decision. Thank You Father.

Thank You Lord

I just wanna say thank you Lord. Thank you Lord for everything especially Lord for healing my hubby. Thank you Lord for being there for us especially when we needed You the most. Praise you Lord God. Hubby said this morning that his tummy doesn't hurt no more and yesterday, he only made poop once and no water.. amazing Lord! praise you Lord. Thank you for all you'd done Lord and for all you going to do. Lord, please let us know to continue to colonoscopy or not, hubby said he wants one but it is expensive Lord. And also my prayer is for his complete healing so he won't need the colonoscopy Lord because of financial reason. Do you think we need it Lord? please enlighten my hubby's mind Lord if what is really the right one to do. The said colonoscopy schedule will be this Monday already Lord. Please help us Lord what to do. Thank you Lord so much.
